To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, I have a delicious and easy recipe to share with you – Oreo truffles! These truffles are made with just four ingredients and take only minutes to prepare. They would be perfect for a St. Paddy’s Day party or as a festive treat for your family and friends.

Makes 48 one-inch balls

How To Make Oreo Truffles

Step 1. Crush the Oreos

Add cookies to a food processor, or a plastic ziplock bag to crush into crumbs.

Step 2. Mix with Cream Cheese

Mix cookie crumbs and cream cheese together until they are completely mixed.

Step 3. Roll into Balls

Form cookie mixture into 1 inch balls, then set on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 

Refrigerate or freeze for 20 minutes.

Step 4. Melt White Chocolate

Place chopped chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30-second intervals, stirring between each heating session, until the chocolate is completely melted.

Step 5. Dip Oreos in Chocolate

Remove the cookie balls from the refrigerator or freezer, and dip them into the chocolate, coating the entire ball.

Step 6. Add Sprinkles

 Set on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top with sprinkles.
