That’s right! You only need 3 ingredients to create your own delicious chocolate fudge at home. Ready to begin?
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pro Tip: If you intend to freeze your fudge, be sure to use real vanilla extract, not imitation. Imitation vanilla extract does not freeze well.
Step By Step Instructions
This 3 ingredient chocolate fudge recipe needs 5 minutes of prep time and 1 hour to rest.
- Line an 8” baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips to a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave them on high for 45 seconds. Stir. If the chocolate has not fully melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add the vanilla and stir to combine.
- Transfer the fudge to the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out using a spoon or offset spatula.
- While the fudge is still wet, add any sprinkles or additional toppings you desire.
- Place the fudge in the fridge to set– this should take about an hour. Once the fudge is set, slice it into squares and serve.
