  • 1 – 8 oz. Cool Whip, room temperature 
  • 1 – 3oz. Pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 – 15oz. Can Crushed Pineapple, drained or undrained
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows

Number of Servings: 6
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Additional Time: 1-hour chilling time

Step 1: In a large bowl, mix the Cool Whip and Pistachio pudding together.

Step 2: Combine the remaining ingredients by folding them into the cool whip pistachio pudding mixture.

Step 4: Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and add a few fresh whole pecans to the top as a garnish. Serve cold and enjoy!
