Step Two

Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Trust me this is the best way to do this part. Definitely use parchment paper. Pour the brownie batter in and spread out into a thin even layer.

Step Three

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Keep checking them to insure they do not over bake.

Allow to cool completely on cooling rack. They should be a thin rectangular sheet of brownies.

Step Four

Using the bunny cookie cutter, cut out bunny shapes from the brownie sheet. Be conservative and do your best to use every square inch. I used two boxes of brownie mix and was able to make approximately 28 bunnies.

Step Five

Separate your frosting into separate bowls and add food coloring in your desired colors. I used pastels for Easter!

Step Six

Ice your bunny brownies then add tiny dots for the eyes and nose using the black writing gel as shown.

I transported my brownie bunnies in a Tupperware container and used wax paper to keep the frosting from sticking.
