Dress Up a Dollar Tree Candle
One of my favorite things to do is take something ordinary and make it look expensive. This Dollar Tree candle makeover does exactly that.
Start by choosing one of the Dollar Tree candles that has a removable plastic wrapper label. Once the label is removed, you'll have a clean surface to work with. If there is any leftover wax residue, a quick blast with a heat tool makes it easy to wipe away.

For this project, I used the marble peel and stick wallpaper from Dollar Tree. After measuring the height and circumference of the candle, simply cut the wallpaper to size and carefully wrap it around the candle, smoothing as you go to avoid bubbles.
The marble finish instantly transforms the candle into something that looks like it came from a high-end home decor store.

To elevate it even further, I attached the candle to a Dollar Tree candlestick holder and added a decorative knob to the lid. The finished piece looks elegant, sophisticated, and gift-worthy.

Whether you display it on a tray, bookshelf, or coffee table, this simple makeover creates a designer look for just a few dollars.
Create Interchangeable Scripture Frame Art
This next project may be my favorite because it combines beautiful decor with meaningful messages.
I started with a pair of vintage thrifted frames, but any picture frame will work. Using the cardboard backing from the frame, I cut pieces of marble peel and stick wallpaper to fit perfectly inside.
The wallpaper creates a beautiful decorative background that instantly updates an old frame.

What makes this project special is the lettering on the glass.
Simply place a printable quote, scripture, or saying behind the glass and trace over the words with a white paint pen or Posca marker. Because the lettering is on the glass itself, you can easily remove it later and switch out the design whenever you want.
This means you can change your artwork for different seasons, holidays, or simply whenever you need a fresh reminder hanging in your home.

The marble background paired with white lettering creates a clean, timeless look that fits beautifully into almost any decorating style.
Make Personalized Stationery with Dollar Tree Supplies
Handwritten notes seem to be becoming a lost art, which is exactly why receiving one feels so special.
Dollar Tree now carries stationery, and it's the perfect blank canvas for a simple makeover.
Using leftover scraps of peel and stick wallpaper, add a decorative strip along the bottom or side of a plain note card. The marble pattern instantly gives the card a custom designer look.
To dress it up even more, add dimensional floral stickers. Dollar Tree offers several metallic options including silver, gold, and rose gold that work beautifully with the marble pattern.
Don't forget the envelope.

A small strip of wallpaper along the side or back flap creates a coordinated look that feels thoughtful and intentional. Just be sure to leave room on the front of the envelope for mailing information and postal markings.
These cards would be beautiful for thank-you notes, encouragement cards, birthday wishes, or simply letting someone know you're thinking about them.
Sometimes the smallest gestures make the biggest impact.
Turn a Simple Notebook Into a Gratitude Journal
This final project is not only cute, but it may actually benefit your well-being too.
A simple Dollar Tree notebook becomes a custom gratitude journal with just one piece of peel and stick wallpaper.
Cover the notebook by applying the wallpaper to the front, back, and inside edges. Trim the corners neatly and fold everything into place for a polished finish.
Once the notebook is covered, personalize it with an initial, monogram, sticker, or decorative embellishment. I added a white initial cut from my Cricut machine, but alphabet stickers work just as well.

For a finishing touch, tie a ribbon through the center binding to create a built-in bookmark.
The result is a beautiful journal that encourages a daily habit of gratitude.

You don't have to write pages and pages every day. Even jotting down a few things you're thankful for can become a meaningful routine. Over time, those small moments of gratitude add up and create a wonderful record of life's blessings.
Why I Love Crafting with Dollar Tree Peel and Stick Wallpaper
Peel and stick wallpaper has become one of my favorite crafting supplies because it is so versatile.
You can use it to update home decor, personalize gifts, create seasonal decorations, makeover thrift store finds, and add decorative details to everyday items.
The marble pattern is a classic choice, but Dollar Tree continues to release new designs that work beautifully for every season and decorating style.
Best of all, these projects require very little time, very little money, and almost no crafting experience.
That's my kind of DIY.
Which of these Dollar Tree peel and stick wallpaper crafts would you try first? The marble candle, the interchangeable scripture frames, the personalized stationery, or the gratitude journal? I'd love to hear your favorite.
