Simple Spring Decor Ideas to Refresh Your Home
A few flowers, a couple of seasonal accents, and some thoughtful styling can instantly create simple spring decor that feels fresh and welcoming.
There’s something about spring that makes me want to open the windows, let the sunshine in, and give every corner of the house a little refresh. After the cozy layers of winter, early spring decor feels lighter, brighter, and full of cheerful touches that hint at the season ahead.

One of my favorite things about decorating this time of year is that it doesn’t have to be complicated.

Today I’m sharing a few of my favorite Easter decor ideas for the home that I’ve been enjoying around the house lately. These little vignettes combine a bit of farmhouse spring decor, touches of neutral spring decor, and a hint of playful seasonal charm.
I hope they give you some spring home inspiration for your own decorating this season.
A Cozy Spring Sitting Area
One of my favorite spots to decorate each season is our sitting area. It’s the perfect place to add a few cheerful pieces without having to redo the whole room.
For spring, I created a small display that feels light and fresh but still cozy. On the side table is a painted bunny canvas that adds just the right amount of seasonal charm without feeling over the top.

Next to it sits a champagne bucket filled with bright orange tulips. Tulips are one of my favorite flowers for modern spring decor because they instantly signal that spring has arrived. The vibrant color pops beautifully against more neutral surroundings and adds a little energy to the space.
Together, the bunny artwork and the tulips create a sweet little moment that feels like spring the second you walk into the room.
A HOME Sign with a Spring Wreath
One of the simplest ways to decorate for spring is to swap out small elements you already have.
I love styling my HOME sign throughout the year, and for spring I replaced the “O” with a wreath. It’s such an easy change but makes a big impact.

The greenery and florals in the wreath soften the look and bring in those fresh seasonal vibes that work beautifully with both farmhouse spring decor and neutral spring decor styles.
This kind of piece works beautifully on a shelf, entry table, or even as windowsill decor if you have a deep ledge that needs a little life.
A Whimsical Spring Accent Pillow
Sometimes the smallest detail can make the biggest difference.
One of the cutest pieces in my living room this season is an accent pillow with an interchangeable front panel featuring whimsical carrots. It adds a playful nod to Easter without overwhelming the room with holiday decor.

I love using pieces like this because they make seasonal decorating incredibly easy. Just swap the front panel and suddenly your space feels completely refreshed.
The cheerful carrots paired with the cozy chair make this little corner feel warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for simple spring decor.
A Charming Easter Tablescape
Spring is also the perfect excuse to have a little fun with your table decor.
For my Easter table, I created a centerpiece that feels festive but still thoughtful and elegant. At the center is a wooden bunny nestled inside a clear glass vase filled with colorful Easter eggs. The layered textures of wood, glass, and bright eggs make the whole display feel playful and full of personality.

The centerpiece sits on a beautiful MacKenzie-Childs platter, which adds that signature touch of charm and character.

Around the vase is an Easter egg garland that adds a bit of movement and color to the table. Nearby you’ll find a sweet little chick wearing bunny ears, along with a Peter Cottontail sign flanked by two white ceramic bunnies.

The mix of textures, colors, and whimsical pieces makes this tablescape feel festive without being overly formal.
A Blue and White Bunny Place Setting
One of my favorite elements of the table is the blue and white bunny place setting.
Blue and white patterns are timeless and work beautifully for both spring home inspiration and summer home decor. Paired with the bunny motif, it creates a look that feels classic but still seasonal.

This style works wonderfully if you want your table to feel elegant but still playful enough for Easter celebrations.
The cool tones balance beautifully with the bright colors of the eggs and florals around the table.
A Tulip Arrangement Using a Simple Flower Frog Trick
Of course, spring decorating always calls for flowers.
For one of my favorite tulip arrangements, I used a clever little trick with a plastic chopping mat to create a flower frog inside the vase. This helps hold the tulips perfectly in place and makes arranging them incredibly easy.

The result is a full, beautiful arrangement that looks like it came straight from a florist.

If you’d like to see exactly how I did it, I’ll link to the YouTube video below where I show the step-by-step process.
It’s such a fun and practical tip that makes decorating with flowers even easier.
Bringing Spring Into Your Home
Decorating for spring doesn’t have to mean changing everything in your home. A few thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, seasonal pillows, and simple table displays can make a big difference.
Whether you prefer modern spring decor, classic farmhouse spring decor, or soft neutral spring decor, the key is creating spaces that feel bright, welcoming, and full of life.
These little updates are the perfect way to celebrate the season and bring that fresh spring feeling into your home.
