Wine Cork Heart
Make a super pretty wine cork heart that can be hung on its own or added to a gallery wall.

- Wine Corks
- Lace Ribbon
- Embellishment
- Faux Greenery
- Frame
Instructions
- Hot glue the wine corks together.
- Continue to glue the corks together until you have the heart shape.
- For the top center of the heart you want to make sure the corks comes to a point for the tip of the heart.
- Hot glue the back of the heart so you can attach it to the frame.
- Create a small bow with lace ribbon and hot glue it to the corner of the heart. Add rhinestone embellishment.
- Add faux greenery.
- Hot glue the same pretty ribbon that you used for your bow around the frame.
