Easy Patio Furniture Repair
Let me show you how to easily repair outdoor patio lounge furniture. We all know how fast patio furniture can get worn and faded. Mine was way overdue for a facelift. Wait until you see what this lounge furniture looks like now!

- Boiling Pot
- Tongs
- scissors
Materials
- Strapping Material
- Strapping Rivets
- Lightweight Thin Gloves
Instructions
- Start by cutting off the old straps that need to be repaired down the middle.
- Boil a pot of water.
- Put on your protective gloves and using the tongs remove one strap at a time from the boiling hot water.
- Line up the straps to the side of the chair with the holes.
- Insert rivet to hold the strap in place.
- Wrap the strap around the metal twice (if you have a double wrapped chair). Lay the strap over the section below so that you can see the rivet hole.
- Stretch the strap across to the other side to repeat the process.
- Continue until all straps are replaced
