Easy Easter Dessert: Brownie Bunnies

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon/scraper
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Bunny cookie cutter
  • Wax Paper

Ingredients
  

  • Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate fudge brownie mix
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup oil
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 can Duncan Hines vanilla frosting
  • food coloring
  • 1 tube of black writing gel

Instructions
 

  • Mix egg, water and oil per package instructions.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and Pour the brownie batter in and spread out into a thin even layer.
  • Bake on 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • Cut out bunny shapes using cookie cutter.

Icing

  • Separate frosting into separate bowls and add food coloring.
  • Frost each bunny brownie.
  • Add eyes and nose using the black writing gel.
