Copycat Crumbl Strawberry Crunch Cookies
If you don't have a Crumbl Cookies Bakery nearby, you can make these copycat Crumbl Strawberry Crunch Cookies at home with this recipe!
Cookie Ingredients
- 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs large
Frosting Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 2 cups heavy cream
Crunch Topping
- 8 golden Oreos
- 3 oz strawberry jello
- 3 tbs butter melted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until well incorporated.
Drop 8 large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet at least 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Once the cookies come out use a small spatula to shape them into circles if they touched while baking.
To Make Frosting
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream. Whip until well incorporated and a thick frosting consistency.
Transfer frosting to a gallon sized plastic bag and cut the corner off to pipe the frosting. Pipe the frosting in a zigzag motion across the cookie.
For the strawberry crunch topping
Add Jello and golden Oreos to a baggie and crush.
Transfer crushed Oreos and Jello to a bowl and add melted butter.
Mix butter into Oreo and Jello until well incorporated.
Sprinkle the Oreo/Jello mixture on top of the cookies.
