• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
• In a large bowl mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until well incorporated.
• Drop 8 large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet at least 2 inches apart.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes. Once the cookies come out use a small spatula to shape them into circles if they touched while baking.

To Make Frosting

• In a large bowl, add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream. Whip until well incorporated and a thick frosting consistency.
• Transfer frosting to a gallon sized plastic bag and cut the corner off to pipe the frosting. Pipe the frosting in a zigzag motion across the cookie.

For the strawberry crunch topping

•  Add Jello and golden Oreos to a baggie and crush.
• Transfer crushed Oreos and Jello to a bowl and add melted butter.
• Mix butter into Oreo and Jello until well incorporated.
• Sprinkle the Oreo/Jello mixture on top of the cookies.
