Add "magic" oats to a small snack-size ziploc baggie.

Add green and red and white sprinkles to oats. You can layer them or just add them all in at once and then shake the baggies to mix.

Seal the baggie and then using the hole punch make a hole at the top of the green section above the ziploc seal.

Hole punch the printable tag and string ribbon through both the reindeer food tag and the ziploc baggie, then tie in a knot or bow.
