Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add mini muffin liners to mini muffin pan and set aside.
In a bowl whisk together the eggs with the pumpkin puree and vanilla. Set aside.
In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and espresso powder. and baking powder.
Add the butter and with the help of a mixer, beat until mixed well.
Slowly pour in the pumpkin puree mixture into a well at the center of dry ingredients.
Beat for 3 minutes until well combined.
Portion into mini muffin liners using scoop.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Cool completely and enjoy!
