Cut the straws in half and place one marshmallow on the cut end of each straw, set aside.
Melt the white chocolate 2 oz. at a time with ¼ teaspoon of coconut oil and stir until smooth.
If using color, add it now and stir until well incorporated.
Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate and place them on a wax paper lined tray.
Cool in the fridge or freezer until set then decorate accordingly.
Ghost - dip in white chocolate, set, then use the chocolate buttercream to pipe on eyes and mouth.
Mummy - dip in white chocolate, set, place remaining melted chocolate in a piping bag with a tiny cut tip and drizzle it over the coated marshmallow then add decorator eyes or use the frosting to create eyes.
Frankenstein - dip in green chocolate, set, use chocolate frosting to pipe on hair, stitches, and mouth.
Jack O Lantern - dip in orange chocolate, set, use chocolate frosting to pipe on eyes and mouth.
Dracula - dip in purple chocolate, set, use chocolate and white frosting to pipe on hair, eyes, and fangs.
Cool in fridge to set then use frosting to add eyes if not using sugar ones.
