Easy Overnight Oats Recipe (Cold Brew Coffee Flavored)

If you’re looking for a delicious, healthy breakfast that can be made ahead of time, look no further than our easy overnight oats recipe.

  • ½ cup cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp cold brewed coffee
  • ½ cup milk (any of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • Dash of sea salt


  • In your overnights jar, add your oats, cold brew, and milk. Mix together.
  • Add in your vanilla, and maple. Mix together.
  • Add your flaxseed, and salt. Stir and mix together.
  • Cover with a lid, and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Open the jar in the morning and enjoy!
