Mint Chocolate Chip Grasshopper Pie
It's my husband's birthday and I'm not really a baker, soooooo this super easy, no bake 3 ingredient pie was a hit!
Ingredients
- 1 Keebler Chocolate Cookie Crust
- 1 tub Extra Creamy Cool Whip
- 1 half gallon Blue Bell Mint Choclate Chip Ice Cream
- 4 Oreo Cookies (optional)
Instructions
- Combine half of the tub of Cool Whip with half of the tub of ice cream and pour into pie crust.
- Optionally, add crushed oreo cookie crumbles to the top.
- Freeze for several hours until set. Enjoy!
Notes
I grew up with a variation of this delicious pie! My mother would make her own oreo cookie pie crust with a little melted butter. Then combine the cool whip with vanilla ice cream and a shot of Creme de Menthe liqueur. She would add Andes mints crumbled on top and then freeze. Both are amazing!
