Add the white chocolate chips to a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for about 3 minutes, in 1-minute intervals, or until it has a smooth consistency.
Dip each strawberry into the white chocolate, leaving the stem uncovered.
Place on a sheet pan.
Add mini chocolate chips for the eyes and chocolate morsels for the mouth.
Repeat for each strawberry.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
