Yellow Cake Mix Cookies
These easy yellow cake mix cookies contain just 5 ingredients and are the perfect way to celebrate Valentine's Day or any time you are in the mood to honor an occasion with cookies. Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) Yellow Cake Mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs large
- heart sprinkles
- 72 Valentine's M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to help make clean up easier.
- Add the cake mix, oil, and eggs to a large bowl, and stir until a soft dough forms
- Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto a baking sheet.
- Add sprinkles to the top of the cookies.
- Arrange 3 M&Ms in the center top of cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and set the baking pan on a wire cooling rack for 3 minutes, then transfer cookies to the cooling rack using a cookie spatula
