  • 1 box (15.5 oz) spice cake mix
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to help make clean up easier.
  • Add the cake mix, oil, and eggs to a large bowl, and stir until a soft dough forms.
  • Stir in the quick oats and chocolate chips.‌
  • Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and set the baking pan on a wire cooling rack for 3 minutes, then transfer cookies to the cooling rack using a cookie spatula.
