Birthday Cookie Cake

With just 3 ingredients this recipe for Birthday Cookie Cake has to be hands down the easiest cookie cake you'll ever make.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Let the cookie dough sit out for 10 minutes and then divide it in half. Press each half of the cookie dough into a 9-inch disposable cake pan.
Bake for 35-40 min or until golden brown across the top.
Once the cookie dough is cooled use a sharp knife to cut like a pie into 8 triangular pieces.
Using your cookie icing make small swirls along the bottom of the triangle, like a party hat. Sprinkle with your choice of sprinkles.
Make a dollop of icing at the point of the triangle, or hat, and dip in the sprinkles to cover all of the icing.
