Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

These delicious chocolate cookies start with a store-bought chocolate cake mix then mint chocolate chips to make them quick and extra yummy!

  • 1 15.5 oz box chocolate cake mix
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Mint Fudge Flavored Baking Chunks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the cake mix, oil, and eggs to a large bowl and stir until completely combined.
  • Stir in the baking chunks.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional for easier cleanup).
  • Use a cookie scoop to gather dough, then drop onto a baking sheet, spacing each scoop 3 inches apart.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the oven, and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, and set the baking sheet on a cooling rack for 2 minutes, then transfer cookies to the cooling rack.
