How to Make Champagne Grapes

Zippered bag (optional)
Airtight container
- 3 cups green grapes stems removed
- 1 cup champagne
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Place grapes and champagne into a bowl to cover the grapes. Soak the grapes for at least 12 hours.
Drain grapes. Place sugar in a bowl or bag and toss grapes with the grapes to fully cover the grapes.
Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for two hours.
