How to Make Champagne Grapes

Equipment

  • Medium bowl
  • Zippered bag (optional)
  • Airtight container

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups green grapes stems removed
  • 1 cup champagne
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • Place grapes and champagne into a bowl to cover the grapes. Soak the grapes for at least 12 hours.
  • Drain grapes. Place sugar in a bowl or bag and toss grapes with the grapes to fully cover the grapes.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for two hours.
